Sto-Bag Awnings & Bervona:

Covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all standard parts and mechanisms.
Motors: Backed by a 5-year non-prorated warranty.
Electronic Controls: Warranted for 1 year (excluding batteries).
Fabric/Screens: Screen mesh material is typically excluded from the lifetime warranty, though certain premium fabric borders may carry a 10-year limited warranty.

Ultra-Lite Shutters & Screens:
These lightweight systems come with a 1-year Limited Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Pentagon Rolling Shutters:
Pentagon products are engineered for security and durability, backed by a comprehensive manufacturer’s guarantee.

Product Warranty: Pentagon warrants rolling shutters and their components to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the invoice date.
Coverage: This includes the supply of replacement parts for any such defects free of charge.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, accident, neglect, or failure to provide normal maintenance.

Our 1-Year Workmanship Warranty
In addition to the manufacturer warranties listed above, we stand behind the quality of our installations.

Coverage: We provide a 1-year Workmanship Warranty from the date of installation.
What’s Included: If any issue arises due to the installation process—such as improper mounting or alignment—we will return to inspect and repair the work at no labor cost to you.
